She has over 25 years of sailing experience including 5 years of professional and commercial sailing experience (charter and private experiences, as well as teaching keelboat sailing). She was raised as a waterman on the Chesapeake Bay by her father Mark Saunders who has multiple national championships as a sailor. Kathleen is based out of Charleston, SC and works full-time as a captain, specializing in sailing.
